About the Project
This residential scaffolding project in Milford on Sea required an independent perimeter scaffold to give safe working access to all elevations of the property. As wall ties could not be installed on the front elevation due to the glass balconies, our team designed and built a buttress to secure the front of the structure. The scaffold provided a stable platform for decorators and remedial contractors to complete their works safely and efficiently.
Safety and Compliance
Safety was the priority on this project. The team prepared full RAMS before works began and all operatives held current CISRS scaffolding qualifications. The scaffold was inspected weekly and documented in full compliance with BS EN 12811. Neighbouring properties and pedestrians were protected at all times during erection and dismantle. Consequently, the project was completed safely and without incident.
