Commercial Road Temporary Roof Scaffold Structure in Bournemouth

Project Description

We were asked to construct a temporary roof structure to an existing building to allow for the construction of 2no. flats by raising the roof height. The build was constructed on the main road therefore a fan scaffold was produced to ensure any falling debris would be stopped from falling.

The Roof was constructed to an engineer’s design making sure all calculations had been taken into consideration. We also provided a safe access onto the scaffold with a scaffold staircase to rear of the project. The client was over the moon with this access as it made material loading into the building more efficient and safer.
