Honeycombe Beach, Boscombe – Fire Safety Access Scaffolding
High-Tek Scaffolding was appointed to provide full external scaffolding to the block of flats at Honeycombe Beach, giving contractors safe and efficient access to carry out essential fire safety upgrades.
The project required comprehensive perimeter scaffolding to enable the installation of external cavity trays and fire socks across multiple elevations. With complex access requirements and a live residential environment, our team designed and installed a bespoke scaffold system to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal disruption throughout the works.

- Full scaffold wrap to external elevations
- Safe working platforms for installation of cavity trays and fire socks
- Bespoke design for restricted access areas
- Hoist installation for efficient material handling
- Debris chutes for controlled waste removal
- Full design drawings with TG20:21 compliance
