Working within a live NHS environment required precision planning, specialist design, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Our in-house scaffold design was fully drawn and approved, with TG20 compliance and engineering certification to meet the demands of the structure and site.

This multi-elevation access scaffold was designed to ensure safe, uninterrupted working access to all roof areas, including challenging pitched sections, while maintaining hospital operations and minimising disruption to patients, staff, and visitors.

• Full perimeter access scaffold with internal and external working lifts

• Bridging over glass link walkways and restricted ground-level areas

• Loading bays, staircase access, and edge protection

• Roofline handrail and bespoke stepped scaffolding on sloped surfaces

• Compliance with NHS Trust safety protocols and emergency access routes
